    You're amazing. Such a helpful tutorial. How can I make it so this has 3 or four colour configured so I don't have to colour. I want when I use the brush it already has the multicolour palette that I want.

    • @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt
      @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt 27 дней назад

      Hello! Thanks a lot! I’m honored to read this comments. Do you mean the same brush with several different colors at the sane time? So the shape and grain of the brush has only has black, white and shades of gray that turn into hues from the color you pick, not like actual different colors. What I have done before is combine several brushes, that way I can customize the colors and make the pattern to my taste. Is more work but it’s possible to get the end results. I hope I understood your question. Please let me know if you discovered something else!

    Hy I’m learning prints in procreate, thank you for this video you explained it very Easley. Can I use procreate professionally and sell my print online without using desktop illustrator or photoshop to make the print vector? Please reply.

    • @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt
      @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt Месяц назад

      You absolutely can, the only thing is to be aware of the size/dimensions of the products or prints and make sure you create your art within the right pixels or inches. If you create lets say for example a 4,000x4,000 pixels you can use it for that and smaller products or prints, but no bigger because they would look pixelated or blurry. There’s no need for vector is you stay in your dimensions. Hey thank you for coming over to my channel, let me know how things came out!

    Thank you so much for this great tutorial! I was wondering, however, if you could help -- I cannot seem to get an even coloring with the brush, meaning it lightens when I color over previous strokes. My layer is on normal blend mode. The brush is on multiply, but I don't seem to have an option for normal. ( It's auto setting is multiply but normal is not in the list of choices for blend mode.) I made the brush successfully once, then made a tweak that caused the unwanted effect, then made it again to fix it, following the video, but got the same mistake. Any ideas what I did wrong?

    Your monoline brush is much larger than the default brush size, what are the settings?

    • @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt
      @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt 6 месяцев назад

      Yes, sometimes I just duplicate the originals to change the settings and have them ready to go. Since I am using this one to cover large areas with patterns it works better with a bigger size. For that first I duplicate (by sliding brush to the left and choosing duplicate) then I tap on the duplicate brush to open the brush studio, then tap on “Properties” then play with brush behavior “maximum size”. After that out on the canvas I just use the size slider to adjust size as needed. Thank you! Let me know if this worked for you!

    I use procreate for patterns thank you for this method of cutting part of the element and reunifying them. When it comes to resizing with many tiles will the elements not be smaller when printing? Just subsided I will find you on instagram

    • @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt
      @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt Год назад

      Thank you! Great question. So in procreate, since you are working with pixels, it’s not good to just “stretch” things over the new dimensions, because it will loose quality and definition. If you use the same pattern you just created to cover a bigger area by multiplying it instead of stretching it, yes the graphics will look smaller but it won’t loosed quality and definition. All because you are working with pixels, SVG files however which can be done in other platforms (not procreate, at least not yet) like photoshop or Affinity Designer, can be stretch all you want and make it as big as you want without loosing any quality or looking blurry.

    Hey Zuri, another great video, this was a brand new way of creating a seamless repeat for me! I loved seeing something new and cant wait to try it. 👍🏻👏🏻 I have a question tho, when you resized the canvas the borders didnt match up anymore and I’m just confused about that part? 😃

    • @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt
      @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt Год назад

      Thank you! About your question, yes at the end the canvas was resized from 3000 to over 6000, not the picture, just the canvas, so you keep duplicating the layer and positioning until you cover the new surface, instead of just pinching to enlarge it, this is to keep definition and quality of the image, pixels loose definition if you just enlarge them by just pinching with two fingers. (You need to do this because is procreate and we are working with pixels) Also, this was not a necessary step you only need to resize bigger if you are using the pattern on items, (print on demand) they ask for the file to be so many pixels depending on the products. It was just an extra bonus information I wanted to share.

    • @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt
      @ZuriAngellozDigitalArt 2 года назад

      Hey, thanks for letting me know you enjoyed this tutorial! Made my day to read that🤗. About your question, I think in Procreate that’s not posible with only one brush, (if you put colors on the image you are using as grain, it’ll just translate to gray when you put it in the brush studio, (then when you use the brush, those gray tones will just be a variation of the color you picked). However, it may be posible to obtain a colorful pattern by combining to or more brushes. I will do my best to explain this on a tutorial.
