He could have built out the basements for you (R.I.P., Dad). We had a really good contractor that redid our roof, sunroom, and closed-in patio for us for just $3000, bro! It sounds cheap, but he did an awesome job. 3 years now. No leaks, unwanted critters, or rot. Our sunroom is now, well, a sunroom. Nice and warm, even in the winter. We can sit on the patio now, too, without rain or snow on us. Anyway, that is in Upstate NY. Western NY. You're in CT. But hey, the two with you may not break your budget either.

hey daym drops go with the blue house with nice kitchen and tall ceiling and nice bathrooms and bassment and living room.

Between 11 and 12! The kitchen in 11 had the nice high ceilings and a bigger mother in law suite but both have great price points and neighborhoods. This one has a pool and a nice deck.

I think for the price point you could easily customize it the space is there.

For me I like this one the best, $25K less than the blue house with a pool and extra garage not to mention the extra hallway that has another full bath and bedroom.

The layout for this one is horrible! I think the blue one has much more potential.

I really enjoy the kitchen and absolutely adore the deck on this one. Most of the houses I've seen thus far have been generally nice, with varying degrees of potential, but number #8 is still my absolute FAVORITE! 🧡😊

This one is nice, the basement area is...idk, i hate to have to walk through the garage for my kitchen, If there is a way to connect then it looks like the one for the price. Although id still consider the other house with the bathroom by the kitchen

Definitely the blue one over this one. The layout/flow of the addition is a disaster.

I like the other house better just because it seems like there's more hallway space if that makes sense. It seems super tight when you're walking and that can be a hindrance and could get annoying quickly.

I love this series so much

I'm stuck between liking this or the blue one, I like them both. If there is more keep searching but keep these last 2 as 1 and 2 on the list

Hey man…I know you’re in the market for yourself, but this house looks really cramped and too much wood…but seeing how different the layout of these homes are from where I live on the east coast is crazy, too many doors and levels, it’s like a maze lol

I agree with everyone. That house is decent. You wouldn't have to do a build-out. The basement is almost done already. Just needs a kitchen for the in-law. Good size for a big man. My house is small, despite having two floors, but we don't have kids, and both of us are short LOL. If it's good enough for a 90-pound dog, it's good for us :)

the house is for daym drop and for this family and the kitchen is big and open and the bath is great also and the storage room needs work on and more.

That large bathroom is gorgeous but doesn't make sense in the current location. There's no master bedroom to go with it😮. Potential in basement but add a closet for clothes. Alot of demo work upstairs. Great price though.
