As a resident living here, I can simply say that these homes are built with every attention to detail that is felt throughout. My personal favourite is the gorgeous Cambria luxury quartz countertop on the kitchen peninsula and the induction stove (which makes cooking a JOY). My partner is OBSESSED with the heating system (that he loves to operate from his phone) and having his morning coffee looking out at Mount Arrowsmith. ❤️ We LOVE living at DUO and living within walking distance of the beach, shopping, coffee and more, and we are enjoying meeting our new neighbours in this truly lovely and warm DUO community. :)
