I mean, you can clearly see her trying to pull away from him/the window before the sound of the gunshot. I definitely believe that he grabbed her and/or the gun, wrestles with her, perhaps trying to jerk the gun away, which then caused the gun to fire. Of course from the point of view of the prosecution, it obviously doesn't matter who's finger was/wasn't on the trigger. She introduced the gun when there was no need for one... and that's it, period, bottom line, do not pass go, do not collect $200!! We as citizens don't get to do everything possible to INJECT ourselves into a dangerous situation, then make that situation 8 million times more dangerous by pulling out a loaded firearm, and then afterward calmly sit in court room and claim self defense! Having said all of that, I believe that had she never pulled that gun, if the police would've arrived in time to get the man help before any other accidents/collisions had taken place, this woman would've been all over the news, shaking hands with the chief of police, the mayor, or whoever, and being called a "hero".... I also have no doubt that that is exactly what she was thinking as well when pulling her Jeep in front of that truck!! To her, in her mind, putting her Jeep in the path of that 3 ton missile that was being operated by someone who was clearly impaired was the same as tackling an active shooter who was in the process of murdering innocent bystanders. She thought she was stopping the danger and instead only increased the danger. Unfortunately, someone should've explained to her the proper time & place to use such a deadly weapon, instead of only showing her HOW to shoot it! It's just a damn shame all around!!

In the Williams case, I don’t like it that the actual killer walks off Scott free he did whole lot more than she did. I hate the way the law works in that area not charged for murdering him viciously. Oh, we got her big ass deal. He’s the one that pulled the trigger.

It's understandably frustrating when it seems like justice isn't served fairly, especially in cases where someone who appears to be more culpable receives less punishment. It can be particularly aggravating if plea deals or other legal mechanisms allow key participants in a crime to avoid harsher consequences. Each case has its own complexities, and sometimes the outcomes reflect negotiations or evidentiary challenges that aren't immediately apparent. It’s important for the legal system to strive for fairness and accountability for all involved, and public scrutiny is a vital part of pushing for improvements in these processes.

This has to be one of the absolute Worst attempts to profit from the true crime trend that is bringing profit to those who cover crime stories well. The commenter below nailed it claiming no real information, just a plethora of platitudes. You've failed at your attempt to cash in on the pain of those who have suffered enough without the greedy and transparent attempts from the likes of you.
