      @HappyHungryHibby 10 дней назад

      I’ve seen these shot packs too, they are individual daily portions, so it’s still a rip off, as it’s 6 packs for 6 days, maybe saves you £2. Alternatively just buy a massive pack of whole brown flaxseed from Holland & Barratt for £5, then mill it yourself. Also buy lots individual packs of nuts and seeds. Do your own mixs. It’s healthier & way way cheaper

    I just found your channel after searching for Zoe 30! I've tried one bag of it at £10 from Waitrose and it tasted nice But I can't help but feel the Whole Foods would be healthier however I do struggle cooking so thought it might help or be useful and I need to lower my cholesterol and triglycerides & reverse a mildly fatty liver! I am really trying hard with green leafy veg and fruits. I'm watching all cholesterol videos too & saw ? Jess recommended the apple cider vinegar. Interested to see it reduced your BG spikes. I must try it. I wondered if it might cause acid reflux. It hadn't crossed my mind that putting 2 tablespoons or 20g on a meal won't guarantee an equal serving of all 30+ components. I had thought of trying to work out how much buying everything individually would cost. I only have milled flaxseed so far! I'm keen to watch your other videos. I put a whole lemon in my smoothie in the nutri bullet on Saturday. Hoping pectin would lower cholesterol and reduce liver inflammation. No adverse effects yet! I am so not sure whether to save money and try and do the zoe study or just try and eat healthily and just go off my repeat cholesterol blood tests for guidance and if I lose weight that will be a huge benefit too! How is the price justified? I used my £10 voucher from using my credit card to buy it!! Thank you for the video.

      I’ve actually done the Zoe programme and released a video for doing it but not actually a review. To be honest I wouldn’t bother, in terms of the value. My recommendation would be to avoid ultra processed food (UPF’s) and try Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB), which is what my channel is about. This includes no added sugars or oils. Avoid cooking with oils, maybe only use EV olive oil as cold but very sparingly. Also avoid heavy carbs, especially later in the day. In fact, fasting is also a massive booster, even if it is just a 24hr fast, twice a week. Yes, raw apple cider vinegar is a helpful tool too. Go onto DR Greger website too www.nutritionfacts.org as there is lots info on there to research your conditions. It might be heavy stuff but some useful videos. I’ve also done a lot of videos too on nutrition and healthy recipes, so check out my playlist on Food Nutrition ruclips.net/p/PLXObAaEdpysVHhyQur62X6-2Lct7wIFmE

      @@HappyHungryHibby I watched your zoe programme video too. Very interesting. I'm curious to see your results. My relative did just the tests and the results basically told her to eat lettuce, chicken & fish. Whilst I would be interested to see what each food did to my BG, I think just eat a healthy diet & if I constantly get tired after anything, then maybe reduce that food. I've definitely been motivated the last month and consuming healthy food. If after a year, I haven't got my cholesterol to normal and lost weight, then I might consider the Zoe programme. Its been good to see your honest reviews. Thank you for the links too. I'll watch the videos 😊

      Awww thanks Ashley! My project is to find an editor, like you! 😂 I’m going to cover something on growing mushrooms soon, so watch this space! You might need to watch this space a little longer, as I don’t have an editor… like some people! 🙄

    Looks good. Are all of the recipes in the book are vegan?

      @HappyHungryHibby 2 месяца назад

      The majority of the book is about harvesting but there are some recipes, the majority are vegan. I’ll do a video review of the book when I return from holiday

    Brilliant James. I'm big into fermenting and pickling but never used mushrooms however really into the benefits of them. I read the illustrated version of Entang Life by Merlin Sheldrake and it was fascinating. The illustrations were incredible. Ive added this new book to my wish list and going to give this recipe a try for sure

      @@robingill7363 hey Robin, thanks for dropping by and for your wonderful feedback and insight, really means the world to me. I’ve actually bought a grow kit from the company and authors of this book, so can’t wait to cover this too. I absolutely loved the book by Merlin too and be sure to watch the video of him featuring on Zoe, which was really interesting
