I just bought a 1990 lexus ls400 so the miles are also exempt from the title. The previous owner had changed the original cluster which has 132k miles (original mileage) because the lights etc.. weren't working the new cluster reads 115k. I'm in Ny, when I get the car inspected is it still going to be an issue? Will they mark my title as unknown mileage?

Soo if I am purchasing a vehicle where the title has 120k (2020) but the odometer is not working and has 200 +. K miles one it (2023), should I suspect odometer meddling or just faulty parts/speed sensor? Help! Thanks!

I am not exactly sure what i need to buy i see that JDL has Oil return line kit, oil feed line kit, turbo water cooling kit, pre welded oil pan. is that all i would need to buy you think along with the intercooler kit and charge pipes, and downpipe / manifold from them? along with the TBO turbo you recommended? Would that be enough to make it all work? let me know thanks.

Are you pushing that turbo any more than you used to? Im very interested in buying that turbo but i do want to push it. It is ball bearing which should be better quality than journal bearing. What would you say about the balansing of the chra from TBO? I think the balasing is crucial if the turbo is going to last.
