00:10 stunning. Gives me such wonderful feelings of this time and how good this year especially was. How amazing it was to go to Download every year and how it feels like going home. When you are driving along the motorway and start seeing the signs and then hit the country road towards the festival...then you get excited and get the itch. The airport comes and goes and then the roundabout and turn into the parking with the iconic footbridge over the road! The thousands of people everywhere and the campsite entrance past the little castle and you are into the funfair and food area...then down to your campsite and set up for 5 and a bit days of rain ha ha.

I was down at that bottle fight on the edge of it. There was a guy sat in the middle in his chair, just wearing pants with safety glasses reading the paper. He got battered but it was hilarious!!! I have a photo from Big Day Out 99 at Milton Keynes taken pointed straight up and all you can see is bottles. There was always at least 1 massive bottle fight at a festival every year. I can't remember when is stopped happening but maybe around 07 ish.
