I think the plastic toothwheel on the motorshaft of the weapon came a bit loose throughout the years. I had the same problem with controlling my Sir Killalot and Matilda.

The eye is set to low to move, try wiggle the eye up and down without the eye in, worked on my grandsons Dalek started working again, when the eye is as low as you have it, it will not work

This Set is on my list for this year. I recently bought Toa Mahri Hahli, Toa Mahri Kongu, Toa Hordika Nuju and Toa Hordika Onewa. To complete the Toa Mahri team I only need Toa Hewkii, which I may place an order on Bricklink next month if my budget allows. To complete the Toa Hordika I need Vakama and a replacement part for Nokama's elemental tool (bough the set on a garage sale and some pieces were missing) There is a local seller with Maxilos & Spinax on his store, if I get enough budget left I'll get it after placing an order for Hewkii Mahri. The 2007 Titans are the best in my opinion. I had the opportunity to see them assembled in a store but was unable to get them because I didn't have a job yet (too young according to the law to work) and my parents stopped buying me sets as a punishment after my younger brother an cousin damaged my collection because I forgot to lock my room before going to school; they blamed me for not taking enough care of my collection and because kids don't know what they're doing, quite unfair; It took me over 10 years to rebuild my collection and now I'm expanding it slowly. Fortunately the Toa Nuva survived unscathed for being on the high shelves. By the way, I have a video of a better way to attach the Hahnah Crab to Jaller's back in a Mini-Movie Accurate way (and this time can store the 3 Cordak Missiles without problems, have a look at my channel if interested). I'm Rebuilding my Barraki sets (My younger brother and cousin damaged my collection years ago and I'm slowly rebuilding and expanding my collection) Ehlek's lime parts will be replaced with those from 2005 (used to build the Visorak Keelerak set). Just ordered pieces from bricklink, now I'll have to wait for at leat 7 days to get the parcel. It's a very popular option to use the Visorak Lime pieces to rebuild the 2007 sets.

I just ordered this set but it won't arrivel until 2022 probably. One Idea I had while watching your video was to use one of the Toa Metru's black piece (used by Vakama and Matau to store the weapons, the one that can be connected a blue peg, it's also used by the Piraka sets to hold their spine / tail in place) That piece could probably allow the crab to be attached just like in the mini movie verson of Jaller Mahri and leave some space for the 3 ammo pieces on his back.
