The dance come from oriental culture including Tai Chi dance, Kung Fu dance, Chinese classical dance, belly dance and dance meditation. All the classes are designed to help you develop a healthy body. The Oriental Culture Dance are not only a form of physical exercise to improve your body by developing balance, flexibility and shape, but the dances also include a tape of meditation cultivation that cultivates good energy.
