The theme is deep sky astrophotography. This is a travelogue video channel chronicling the adventure of doing amateur deep-sky-photography at my home and various sites around Japan. It is meant for entertainment and instruction in the subject of astrophotography at the beginner to intermediate level.
Astrophotography Japan / OSC Broadband Filters for Galaxy Imaging (Episode 41)
For imaging the Andromeda Galaxy (M31), I compared the results of using a UV.IR cut filter (SVBony) and the Quadband filter (Antlia). Star sizes were analyzed and M31 starless and final images were examined for fine details.

To enjoy hot spring waters during the chilly winter month of March, I traveled to Izu-Atagawa and stayed at a Japanese Onsen Resort Hotel.
