I've had my DeLorean in the FL facility for work, VIN 4930. I'm friends with Robert and saw 5712 after he found it, part way through restoration, and after completion. It's an awesome transformation. I was hoping to meet you and Robert at a car show when you were in FL, but my wife had other plans. Maybe next time you're in FL we can meet. Thanks for sharing!

It looks perfect. Love that they left the hole in the back. Ace probably crammed a priceless Les Paul in the back and the headstock put the hole in the trim. Love it!!!

Do NOT try this at home. 2. Chris can recover almost any DeLorean door or body panel - if you have a dented one or one with lots of scratches don't hesitate to let him work his magic for you. He's a pleasure to work with, too.

Hey, i have read some and watched a lot about this. Maybe i don't have the details down, so please correct me. Basically, it sounds like John's own government went after a desperate man and got him to take the bait because of his desperation. All of us could do this, if desperate enough. i am not saying that it is good, or okay, however, life throws enough temptation at us already, so for John's very own government, that is to be working for him, to try to tempt him to do wrong, this seems like framing, and tempting, and setting up someone for the sake of ruining a person. where am i wrong? please honestly tell me as i would like to know. i heard jay leno say, not long ago, something about john being either a crook or a bad guy, or something like that, but if he is referring to what john did, at the hands of his own government tempting him, that does not seem like a fair assessment. we all have a price if we are desperate enough, i would think. if you could only save your childs life by threatening harm to another, i would think a lot of people would succumb to this temptation. please clue me in on what i have wrong. thanks a lot.

Love the songs I lived my dreams in Fenelon Falls Ontario and bought the delorean to write a book about teenage warping on mushrooms and growing up in Northern Ireland secretarism and culture shock being plopped down in Oshawa Canada great city and the best childhood and teenage years I rocked the 80s purchased the stainless dream to get outta GM and make something story still getting wrote and crazy life shout out to harem Scarem and no justice in the world and why not Darren Smith in red dragon Ontario kicks it into 10 to 100 like it should be lol younger years

Apologies for my previous comment. I didn't realize all that was covered in this video. I thought they were just referring to tax evasion. The fact is that it was embezzlement of public funds ( both US and UK funds ) that made it two serious crimes of the tax evasion and embezzlement. He knew damn well that he was headed to prison. He knew he'd be facing charges that delorean was unlikely to ever have to. He'd be carrying the baby on his own. That's because most US extradition treaties do not cover non violent financial crime. Chapman's plan was perhaps to head to South America or the like. We'll never know. delorean never entered the UK again and had to be careful where he went in the world. Chapman was under more pressure than he'd ever known and you'd think it likely contributed to or hastened his demise. btw GPD was originally Grand Prix Developments.
