This year has been all about self-development. While I still have much to learn, I've enjoyed building healthy habits in my diet, fitness, and wellness routine while managing the demands of being a full-time creator. After leaving the agency I was signed with, I've had to learn how to juggle both the business and creative sides of being a solo creator. Challenging myself to explore new content styles and strategies, all while improving my time management abilities.

I heard a chemist say to avoid spraying on neck and chest areas since depending on ingredients it can increase sun damage and create discolorations as you age. Do ur own derm research tho
You are correct. The alcohols in fragrances weaken your skins ability to fight against sun damage and accelerates skin aging and increases risk of skin cancer. I hate when people tell others to spray on their skin
Only if it’s truly irritating to you and always wear sunscreen which will rid of the increase for sun damage. Put an additional thin layer of sunscreen over where you have sprayed perfume on the skin of your neck + chest that are exposed (not covered by clothes etc), if worried
