The Yeri one is just sad. So basically in 2018 one of her close idol friends had died from su!c!d3. While IU was making a speech for the idol who died Yeri ended up getting emotional and cried behind her members + some twice members. And ever since debut Yeri was always hated for joining the group late. From her body, to her appearance, to her talent every little thing she did she got hate for. Not to mention she wasn’t even a full adult yet. She received all that hate at just 16,17, 18 and so on years. There where also a lot of other idols who cried (like Lisa from Bp) and they didn’t get hate at all. “Fans” are just cruel. It’s like they forget idols are humans. And, on top of that, she got even more hate because after a while of loosing her friend, she was still sad. To the point where she just looked straight up depressed on stage. Netizens called her boring and bashed her for showing no emotion on stage. (You can see what I mean if you search up Yeri Power up Fancam and watch the one of her in the Yellow dress) it’s just stupid. Please remember idols are humans too. They have feelings an emotional too. Stop sending hate to idols because you never know what could happen. A good example is Sulli. What happened to her was so sad I cried. Just stop hating on idols their trying their best. They barely get any sleep and stay up all day/night practicing and trying to perfect themselves for the pleasure of toxic fans. It’s not fair. Leave them alone. If you think Yeri is “untalented” and “fat” and “ugly” keep it to yourself because I assure you REVELUVS don’t want to hear your b.s

Is it possible to have real friends in such competitive industry? Can you really be vulnerable and show your weak side around them so you can release your stress and anxiety. I don't think you can and that's why idols are having hard time. They just have to pretend to be ok all the time and eventually some of them collapse. The thing is that even friends these days are compering each other to see who's doing better. Unless society change and get away from the " success story " narrative, people will keep getting crash under the weight of their own dreams.
