Children Cultivating a Legacy for Future Generations
The Legacy Institute was founded by Terran Rome in 2020. He noticed the lack of care given to black people compared to other racial groups. The organization offers programs and events to children and their parents to learn about black history, financial empowerment, patience, strategy through chess, real estate, leadership, debate, personal development, and more subjects that are often not taught at regular schools. They give the opportunity to the parents to learn new skills because they can encourage their children to continue learning.

I LOVE this school and the staff. It is a family there and a loving family at that.
I cannot say enough about this school! About 10 years my husband and I found ourselves as guardians for 2 preteen neighbors girls. They had struggled in public schools. We were told about this school just around the corner. It was amazing. Caring teachers who reached out to help these young women grew. Fast forward to now and we find ourselves as guardians of one of those girls child. When he turned 5 I knew Cabrini was the right place for him to grow and learn he loves school. ❤️ the school has bent over backwards to make sure we can continue at Cabrini and I will be forever greatful for the kindness we have received. Thank you Thank you Thank you
