I broke up with her. She lied and was deceitful over and over. I ended it for self preservation. Couldn't cope anymore. I'm gutted and I'm still in love with her. It's very difficult and I miss her beyond belief but I know I made the right decision.

It’s been just over a year since my ex left me for a “friend” of hers. She moved in with him after officially being together for three months although I’m sure it was going on a lot longer. We also have a three year old daughter together. It’s been devastating to me to be honest. The hardest bit is trying to move on from the need for revenge and wanting to see them break up. They seem to still be going strong despite everything and now she is going with him to her mums for four days before Christmas with my little girl. It’s like he’s replaced me in my life and taken everything off of me. Maybe they will get their karma one day but it doesn’t look like it at the moment. They have just sailed off into the sunset destroying my life.

Andy, I can’t thank you enough for this video. I came across your channel as I’m trying to deal with my wife leaving me, after we had been together for 25 years and 4 kids and we got together when got together when we was 16. I also work for a family business and always have done, it’s had its ups and downs but mostly downs for the last few years, and it had massively contributed to my wife leaving me. And listening to this has resonated with me so much. Don’t know who I am, don’t have my own opinions or thoughts, and now I realise that I don’t have any self belief. Sorry for the waffle, I don’t write on things like this normally and probably won’t again but I just had to say something. Thank you again

Great video, A month ago, my five-year relationship came to an end. I really can't stop thinking about the love of my life, who made the decision to leave me. I've done everything in my power to win him back, but it's all in vain, and I can't imagine my life with anyone else. I genuinely miss him and just can't stop thinking about him, even though I've tried my hardest to stop thinking about him. I'm not sure why I'm saying this here.

I'm going through the same experience right now. Doing everything to get her back and always thinking how I can be better. Do better. I'm functioning and hitting the gym a lot and talking to a close friend helps.

she broke up with me because it had nothing to do with me and all because of her mental battles but i wasn’t ready for it and wanna work things out. I truly have no idea what will happen since we’re on no contact. I’m trying to move on regardless but it’s seems near impossible.

He says greatest threat for F.cebook is if a man is in love with his wife, looking at her. because love and intimacy is ultimate addiction, or healthy addiction, which reduces the need for other addictions. It seems you have to experience true feedback from real life experiences and happy relationships in order to advertise it on social media to inspire people. not the backwards where people fall for false adveritisement that isnt experienced in real life, business or realtionships. then he is surprised why women dont like him..well because someone says to you things that were not experienced by majority of happy relationships. Just hope that people realise children shouldnt use internet much because of false advertisement may influence them, they need happy adulthood, to experience things by themselves. You can not explain child how chocolate tastes, thye should experirence feedback in real life first, because it affects their adulthood. Child has to first touch the grass, to build his sensses etc.

Since I broke up I do meditation and positive affirmations everyday and strengthen me I feel I deserve better
