@asnh1984 yeah it seems developers tend to struggle with the pace they want their players to play, I mean do you want me to go fast and possibly miss details of the story or things you put the effort to make. I know that in their minds they assume that a player will replay the game multiple times but if I can get as much of the game the first time I will do that. Everyone has their own preferences on how they play, I play slowly.

@asnh1984 well hopefully I enjoyed both. Based on what I played, I can see why this game has become a cult classic for a lot of players.

@kiritowallace2plays no, pretty much what you play is the ps4 version on the ps5. They never made like a ps5 upgrade, at least that I know of. Although I hear that on the PC it does have higher fps.

Actually the plan was to play nioh 2 after finishing the first one but I wanted to play elden ring more so I went for that game, once i finish elden ring I think I'll go back to the nioh series

Thanks sometimes it's frustrating because I like to know if I'm in the right place based on my level or equipment but this game its just jaw dropping. Every place makes you want to explore it, not a lot of open worlds gives you that feeling nowadays.

@@ecthegamer I remember when I first played it I faced the same problem. You'll know it by instinct whether you're in the right place at the moment or not. Take for example the first boss Morgott the fell Omen: you're not supposed to face directly when you first reach Stormveil castle, instead you must continue exploring all of limgrave and then (optional) weeping peninsula (the place you're currently at), after that you return to face him again. Of course you might challenge him from the start and beat him, although the it's gonna be a challenge! The point is: the game gives you the freedom to do anything you want, and explore everything in it. 👍

Yeah I really enjoy the game I feel this boss is cool but it seems it's going to be a slow fight. Now I think is time I play elden ring which is more open than this game , which is ok because not every game needs to be an open world.

Thanks, yeah this girl had me close to taking a break from the game, I was so close but every time she changed her moves at the last second. Also I have less armor so I take more damage and I refuse for this fight to use my guardian so I kinda had put some limitations to myself😅.

@E-C The Gamer it's an end game content thing that puts you up against three bosses per floor and each floor has a few status ailments and you can clear mission areas to get rid of a status ailments to make the boss fights easier.

@@dardevil5924 oh damn that reminds me of one of the bloodborne chalices where the halve your health.

@E-C The Gamer yeah its sorta like that, but harder. Fighting three overpowered bosses at once while smaller enemies come at you, and they set the ground on fire almost around the entire arena, and the bosses one hit you. It's pretty intense

Yeah but this guy was just a fake when I went against the real one, man that was much harder thant I expected. I feel that the most difficult bosses tend to be the human or humanoid ones, big bosses can be hard if the place where you are fighting them is small or has obstacles.

@E-C The Gamer couldn't agree more. The human bosses are menacingly harder than the demons you face in this game.

Yeah, I felt a bit disappointed that I used the guardian at the end of the fight because I just thought at that point I could defeat him without it, but I lost patience so I ended up using it; still really cool boss😎👌!

Yeah a lot of people get frustrating when they die but I feel for this type of game it is part of the process and you feel it in the battle, I think when you see videos of people rage quitting its because they keep going when they die multiple times rather than take their time.

Thanks I really enjoy this boss she deserved my respect, for me based on bloodborne and the bit that I played of dark souls the bigger the monster they tend to be easier unless the area were you are fighting then is small, now if they are of humanoid form they can be difficult if the area is big yet if is small they are more manageable. I say this because for me the hardest boss that I found in bloodborne was the hunter of hunters enemy in the cathedral I defeated him by going in some steps.

Glad you are enjoying the content😁! Yeah jury is still out for me in terms of which games are more or less difficult than the others, the only games I can compare it with are bloodborne and a bit of dark souls; those are the only soulslike games I have played but we'll see were this land for me.

Yeah this game may be hard but the developers do give ways so the player can either learn from their mistakes or get stronger. Elden ring is another game I want to play, I recently got sekiro die twice so I want to play that before elden ring. That one i hear is different than other fromsoft games, I've only played bloodborne and a bit of dark souls 1 so I'm still new to this type of games.

@E-C The Gamer excellent choice for choosing Sekiro. Sekiro plays differently than the other souls games, so it will feel a little bit awkward when you play it and then return back to the other souls games. And yes, the gestures you can use them to communicate with some NPCs and enemies in Nioh, including Nurikabe. Good luck 👍

Thanks, yeah this type of game can sometimes become frustrating but I know it just takes time to learn the mechanics and I also have played bloodborne and watch a lot of videos were people rage quit so I know what I m getting myself into😅👌.

I think if I remember correctly free mode is activated upon finishing the game

@@sexybrathuhnmitsose so I check and free mode is still available, when I played the game I finished it on normal so its possible that's the problem. I tried to find information on the internet but because this is a really small & oscure game there is not much. I did confirm that you do need to finish the game to unlock it. Also check my part 3 of malicious fallen at around 45 minutes into the video when my scores appear it said that I unlock time attack mode and score attack mode did you unlock those ?
