This Coalfields Expressway would be a great thing if it ever got built. It would open up a part of West Virginia that really needs economic development. It's too bad that the funding has it stalled. Right now it seems to be a lot of "gonna be" and not much actual roadway opening. I'm glad you all at least have the money to finish it to Mullens.

just fix the school, if Fayette county's job market and economy could support a tax increase I'd say sure.. and with the coal industry down no one has good paying jobs any more. people are leaving the state for work . there is no jobs in Fayette that pay good money if you want a job that pays more than 15 to 20 $ a hour you have to drive 40 to 60 miles one way to Charleston, have you seen the rise of property in Fayette that sells at the court house cause people can't pay there property tax? where will this money come from Kessler? not me
