So interesting! Greatinterview! and the complete opposite approach to what my clinical experience has been! As well as personal. personally I don’t have any thyroid dysfunction, but started Lugol’s iodine drops for immune health and have noticeably more energy, mental clarity etc! I’m also Scandinavian I think he says that might have something to do with it (high seafood diet historically) The skin cancer spot also has been gone since starting iodine therapy. So I’m not inclined to stop. He speaks in terms of mcg, and I’m taking mg. Multiple mg. 😂 Time will tell?….. love this convo!!

This is probably gonna sound strange, but I knew about what she was talking about already I was diagnosed October 2023 with endometrium cancer of the uterus but I know I didn’t have it. I knew something was going wrong. I change my diet to vegan diet I don’t know why I did that. It was a mistake, but it’s kind of a long story anyway they started giving me birth control pills. I’ll be 70 in July. It scared me because I looked up the medicine MEGEOSE acetate I think that’s how you spell it anyway it makes you gain weight makes your blood sugar high your blood pressure high and it did that to me and I had my blood sugar 4.7 my three month test, I get blood test every three months because I’m on pain medication anyway nothing my blood work was excellent. I got a sinus infection and he gave me some antibiotics and I never take prescriptions hardly ever but I needed the pain medicine to make it through therapy so I could walk again Car accident spinal injury OK so anyway three things of different antibiotics Cipro, Augmentin, and then ampicillin. I got so constipated. My Microbiome was destroyed. Everything couldn’t get rid of it. I finally remembered how to do it, but I know that’s what caused my whole problem estrogen couldn’t leave my body. You know the estrogen we get from plastic in the air in the water and just being on the Earth, not the regular estrogen I think it’s called. I don’t know anyway it’s one caused from plastics and stuff like that Teflon so since I was constipated so long, it was just staying in my body going back through my liver and going through my whole body over and over and over Till I started bleeding blood clots I’m not kidding. It’s because I was constipated and I tried to force it out and a couple days later these blood clots just started dropping out so I had to go emergency room and get four units of blood transfusion and they gave me a CAT scan cervical test for cancer and a biopsy. I guess on my endometrial wall but I don’t think they did one and they said I had cancer and I don’t believe it anyway they still haven’t did surgery. I went to get a second opinion, but they wouldn’t take another biopsy. Nobody would show me any evidence of me having cancer and then I agreed to take a pet scan And they said I had it but I still have evidence. I think my hormones were imbalanced and giving me all that poison two CAT scans and a pet scan I always get sick from that guy have a lot of problems with my legs, but I’m gonna be 70 next month so this stuff I was afraid they’re trying to give me cancer honestly but I really don’t think I got it but I have something wrong, but I can’t keep taking these birth control pills a pesto and they wouldn’t even hear it. I’ve never taken birth control pills and I know it’s a lot of my problem right now. It’s GMO progesterone and it’s for patient and bulimics to increase your appetite so I’ve gained 46 pounds and she told me now that I was too unhealthy to do surgery, so they wanted to do radiation and I told him well. Let me get healthy and lose this weight and then give me a hysterectomy but they keep calling me about radiation. It’s been crazy. I don’t know what to think. Integrative medicine a hormone testing clinic and she happened to Went to school to be a physician at the same place the woman that was doing this to me was working at oncologist gynecologist anyway I can’t believe this. I’m still trying to get help. I know I probably shouldn’t took magnesium citrate the liquid, but it’s the only thing and all these time that help me go to the bathroom Now I need to fix my mic for sure cause I know everything‘s dead in there. OK this is long enough. Sorry I got cataracts. I’m using a magnifying glass and I’m using Siri and I have an accent so I hope I didn’t mess up too much and I don’t get it, I live in Kansas City Missouri. There’s really nothing here. It’s good anyway they won’t cost you a fortune just to go in there. OK God bless everyone stay healthy.

It's especially difficult if you are utilizing your ketones They're not really registering so it's really hard If you've been established and your fat adopted to get an accurate reading on your ketones. I think there's an association of doctors somewhere but I don't know where that handle ketogenic diets maybe another thread would be able to help you better.

I went carnivore for bone health and was off two of my the BP meds in a couple months and I'm down to 1/4 dose on the third. Any fruit or honey for me though throws everything off... Because it's metabolized by the liver the same organ that produces ketones and it's a processed as fructose.

The Blue Zone Diet Netflix documentary isn’t total opposite of what she is saying. I love her, but I have only heard of 1 person managing their cancer with keto/meat… Dr. Winters. Next time ask her about cancer’s appetite for methionine and cysteine… amino acids highest in animal products. I’m looking forward to watching her new clinic and see their results. I did 3 three day water fast and I believe it made my cancer worse. Felt amazing since I live a very healthy life since cancer. Watching and hoping she really does crack the code… cancer sucks!

She didn’t tell you to eat a lot of meat you’re not paying attention you already made up your mind. The documentary on Netflix of all places is telling you the truth well, I was diagnosed with uterine cancer basically and I will not get no treatment and I’m doing just fine what got me sick? Was I tried to become a vegetarian, I’m serious. I know that’s hard to believe isn’t. It was eating healthy already, but I did eat chicken and beef once in a while. I lost my muscle hanging down you good just use butter from Ireland and put it on my meat, but I don’t eat a lot of meat and I only eat cruciferous vegetables And radishes I don’t have any sugar just drink lemon water green tea anyway I don’t know what you watch on Netflix have so much junk on there, but I’d listen to this woman. If I was you you need to watch the thing over again remind me of somebody I know you probably just watch the little bit of it and didn’t finish it and then jumped on here to comment, good luck blue oh my God I’m so sick of hearing that. I already knew about that from years ago and there’s something they don’t mention, but it has to do with altitude too, but they don’t mention that in there do they have family in Sardinia Italy, and only the ones that live up in higher altitude or healthy, the ones are not healthy. They look like Americans.

I am not a Doc nor a medical professional. I have been studying ketones for 8 months now. Hardly an expert. I find in my self I can stay above the 15 measure for 100% of my time. Almost always I am at 30 and occasionally up to 40. My NAFLD is reversed and my diabetes as well. My arthritis is gone and my brain fog has cleared. Skin and hair is wonderful. Sleep thru the night without urination. Snoring gone and eyesight is improving. The list is endless. I even no longer have body odor. Dom and his fellow doctors have gotten me to help myself. All of this started because I am trying to help my body fight off my stage 4 cancer.

Part of this may be my treatment schedule went from every 3 week to 4 because I was doing better. I got worse. Now going back to 3. That and keeping my carbs low, I hope to see improvement in the next scan. I had 30+ years of bad eating , and it seems like it is rational for my "system " to make adjustments

Highly informative information based on immaculate research. However it is now crucial for the recent observation that Keto Veterans on Low Carb for a significant period of time (still to determined) have Blood Ketone levels of 0.1 mmol/l in the non-fasted state but still can prove they are fully Fat/Keto Adapted and Metabolically Flexible, suggesting a state of "Homeostasis Nutritional Ketosis (HNK)" (ketones produced efficiently and unwastefully at the same rate they are utilized) which is essential to know by those wishing to put Type 2 Diabetes into remission for life, so they avoid unnecessarily "chasing Ketones" or become discouraged by low ketone readings. Its understandable that pushing for excess blood ketones for therapeutic interventions in life threatening conditions may be required. As the pandemic of Insulin Resistance is now the greatest threat to health care budgets and sustainable Life and Medical Insurance, validating HNK should now be a high priority by researches, both "Citizen Scientists" who can contribute together with mainstream, after convincing the entities who will benefit financially (Government Health Care, Life and Medical Insurers) to fund this urgent research. This endorsement is a good start in the YT video "Prof Noakes explains why blood Ketone levels drop over time when fully Fat Adapted".
