It's sad we are loosing all our pubs, we had the manor house that was a pub, then it serve food, it was 12th century, I think the council took it over, then there was the crooked house, which I thought was listed that got burnt down, everyone went there has kids with family😢

I grew up just around the corner from this pub, my grandad, dad & brother all frequented the lad all their lives...sadly none are with me anymore so I would dearly love to see this beautiful building saved

My local 70s

I used this wonderful pub many times in the 80's, and have some good memories as I'm sure many people have. The fact that it's an old pub is one thing to be considered, but as a building it's very precious and should be saved. Surely someone would buy the land and renovate the building to it's former glory. Pub or not it's worth saving, t's an historic gem.

This building is beautiful it's a shame the outside doesn't quite match up with the inside thank you for sharing this video and I hope someone comes forward and save it as it's absolutely lovely inside.

This is tragic, our councillors/ council have done more damage than the Luftwaffe.

That would need completely stripping back to the bare walls and a new roof and floors because unfortunately it is too far gone. Would be interesting if it did sell at auction as could be a lovely house

I almost doubt you'd be able to determine what was originally built and what was added on over the ages, and as is with most grow operations, the structural integrity of the house has most likely been greatly compromised, along with the fact that there is likely a large presence of black mold in that house, as is the case with almost all cannabis grow houses. It'll in all likelihood cost almost twice more to try and save the structure as it would cost to knock it down and start anew.

What a shame to see the house in such bad condition. I hope the new owner does restore the place, if it's possible. How strange that all these dolls were left behind. No doubt, previous explorers have had some fun placing them in strange places around the house.
