Adjust the choke when the gas influx reaching surface
Choke must be adjusted since the gas influx has much less density than the mud, so choke opening must be reduced when gas reaching surface, and also, choke must be re-open when the gas is completely out and mud behind the influx is reaching surface

      sorry late reply, I dont have any excel sheet since it is prepared to train participants for manual calculations for the test purpose. please try another site (drilling formula dot com or alike) suppose you need the excel sheet. Thanks

      pertanyaan ini tidak berkaitan dengan video reverse circulation well killing, tetapi dengan driller atau w&w method, dan di video tentang driller method sudah di jelas kan bahwa selama menaikkan (atau menurunkan) kecepatan pompa, annulus pressure di jaga konstan

      sumur 4500ft tvd, diatas ada gas 1000ft, jadi tinggi kolom oil 4500-1000=3500ft

    Mau tanya Pak.. 1. Kalau di tabung Nitrogen Precharge 1000 Psi di dalam balon, terus pompa accumulator dinyalakan hingga Pressure accumulator 3000 Psi, itu perbandingannya berapa Psi Pak? Berapa Psi tekanan Balon, dan berapa Psi tekanan Fluida di dalam tabung? 2. jika ada 5 Tabung Nitrogen yang yang terhubung dalam 1 unit accumulator, berapakah tekanan setiap tabung, jika tekanan accumulator terbaca 3000 Psi? 3. Jika semua tabung Nitrogen pada unit accumulator ditutup, kemanakan tekan akan terisi padasaat pompa hidrolik menyala?

      terimakasih pertanyaan nya : 1. tekanan nitrogen akan sama dengan tekanan fluida hidraulik, = 3000 psi. 2. kalau ada 5 tabung dan semua terhubung dalam satu sistem, maka tekanan nya akan sama semua, jadi jika akumulator 3000 psi, tiap tabung juga 3000 psi, selama tabung tabung tersebut terhubung dalam satu sistem akumulator yang sama. 3. kalau semua tabung ditutup maka tekanan dari pompa hidraulik tidak bisa di salurkan dan akan menyebabkan kelebihan tekanan. Ada relief valve yang akan terbuka untuk melindungi sistem dari kerusakan.
