Agar apki car de register ho gayi hai toh police k rokne par isko seal kara ja sakta hai.. delhi govt and rto authorities diesel ki 10 years old and petrol ki 15 years old vehicle s ko ghar ghar ja kar utha rahi hai

Aap isko delhi ncr se bahar use kar sakte ho lekin apko us state ki local rto authority se noc lena padega

Yes you are right as of now theres no direct train from delhi to Veraval.. you will have to change trains at Rajkot.. possibly theres train from Mumbai and Ahmedabad which are direct

@ for your next travel in Saurashtra, do get in touch. Happy to help. I am from Rajkot and Somnath, Sasan Gir, Diu are like our weekend getaways. I would have recommended you to stay in Sagar Darshan guest house which is just behind the Somnath temple - right along the sea walk you took in this video. You get wonderful view and sound of the sea and rooms are also good enough. It’s also newly renovated.
