When we talk about different factors which play role in the governance and designing the plan of action as in the case of Covid-19, I believe there is skewness due to the role of non-state actors and the main goal of managing the global health system gets affected. The availability of vaccines and medical facilities greatly declines due to the non-affordability of the countries where non-state actors focus more on where they can make more benefits. The developed countries manage to get over the situation, but poor or developing countries like South Africa or Sri Lanka struggle to get over the consequences of the pandemic and the overall health system gets damaged. How well can we plan to negate this effect in the scenario of next such situation?
