I have the same shoulder irritation when doing some chest exercises when you mentioned it at 5:20. Do you sort of just adjust the angle of the chest press to mitigate the shoulder irritation or do you lighten up the weight? Usually when I try out different angles the shoulder pain goes away and I can really isolate the chest. But I feel with any chest workout the shoulders are going to bear some of the load no matter how hard you try to isolate the chest.

I worked there over 2 years. Was on fleet 200 getting .60 a mile over a year. I miss the APU but they only gave us one fuel stop so showers were usually out of pocket.
