Love the Cosmo. I can't wait for the next trip in February. I hope MGM doesn't change our tier status too much, we like getting the no resort fee offers.

The first thing I notice about this place is the flooring, regardless of whether it's carpeted or not they've spent some serious coin making sure it stands out.

I stayed in the one in the Amsterdam airport years ago. Still to this day, that bed was the softest, most enjoyable bed I've ever slept on. I still dream about the few hours I recharged there and am trying to replicate it still. Yeah, I also had check-in issues with mine because of my credit card and no one there to assist. I think I had to call someone on the phone to help me

Huh. I think I get it. I find that Luxor is a pretty solid budget property myself. I think I still strongly prefer Mandalay Bay. Like, pound for pound, I think Mandalay and Delano is a stronger property. But out of the 3 star hotels, Luxor is drastically underrated. Honest review, love the style, consider me subscribed.

That's our Go-to Spot! I take Sweetie (before C19 took off) to Vegas every January for her birthday for many years, and she refused to stay anywhere else! Not too basic, not too hoity-toity (like Venetian/Bellagio, etc). While we are blessed enough to be able to stay at higher-end locations, overall, Luxor just really felt like home-away from home. Great location, plenty to see and do within walking distance (you mentioned the tunnels), but yeah, definitely Homebase in Vegas! Looking forward to traveling again someday soon!

The shower knobs being on the other side is a wonderful idea, as water is always cold when first turned on, and this prevents the person in the shower from being sprayed with that cold water.
