This is an educational video meant for learners of English as a foreign language at B2 level, whose native language is Italian. In this video I explain the use of the "genitivo sassone" also known as the possessive S or apostrophe S. I also provide some guidelines on how to combine nouns with other words etc. to create compound nouns in particular in academic English.

A few years ago I was given a CD by a dear friend, entitled Avant Noel, which contained a mix of French Christmas songs. This hauntingly beautiful track was on it, sung by an unknown lady along with "St. John's Holy Choir." I haven't been able to identify the choir, nor find the song and lyrics on the internet - so here it is. The two paintings are by California-based artist Erika Craig. LYRICS...
