We grew up reading A Thousand and One Nights (known in the West as Arabian Nights). The many tales of adventures to distant lands and stories of amazing experiences inspired us to get out there to see the world.
Our goal is to achieve at least 1000 Days of Travel in our lifetime, hence it became the name of our travel blog, and this channel.
We have lots of content but are just getting around to sharing them.

Rise Buffet at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
We always wanted to try a buffet in Singapore so we decided on Rise Restaurant inside the Marina Bay Sands for our buffet lunch. What a great idea that was. We got an incredible meal while being able to explore one of the best hotels in the world, all from the comfort of a luxurious air-conditioned resort.
The restaurant is bright and airy with high ceiling and glass panels looking out to a beautiful vertical garden with various pools & water features.

@1962Aero oh this was a 1 bedroom unit. We had 3 people so my friend slept on the couch in the living room lol. It was very spacious and could even fit more people.

@@RenzoandKatya We didn't try their breakfast because there are tons of good breakfast options in nearby Chinatown. Specifically, dimsum in YumCha restaurant is amazing. There's also a couple of great restaurants in the plaza next to the hotel. *note: I made a mistake on my previous comment.

Beautiful hotel! Just returned from staying there last week. The rooms were luxurious, the staff very friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay.

At the time, it was around $310. I believe it's a bit higher now.

Sorry, I didn't turn on the TV so I'm not sure. It's a new one so it should be smart. The hotel was less than 1 yr old when we visited.
Been 20years since I last went South Africa. Hitting the big 40th next year so want to go Cape to celebrate Is it suitable for a family holiday . Is there things around the hotel
Hi. The hotel is suitable for families. It is inset from the road but is a short taxi/Uber ride from the main attractions. There's a bus stop near by and you can walk to the beach. Enjoy your holiday!

I plan on traveling to London to see the 1 there when it opens .
I heard they're facing some delays because "residents have fought for two years to stop this structure that will tower over local homes, cause unsustainable levels of traffic, and generate an unprecedented amount of light pollution in the area." Hopefully it will get resolved and be built in the future.

Thanks. We use just a phone. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 😊. We have more "pro" cameras but find the phone much easier and the lens setup perfect for our needs.

Well, The Fountainebleau is a brand from Miami so yeah, they have a thing for 80's futurism. That said, I think it's quite nice and refreshing. Its white marble & gold theme reminds me of the Steigenberger in Qatar (see video on the channel).

Sorry for the late reply. We didn't get a chance to check out the Park Hyatt but I'm sure it's nice as well. Doha has many nice hotels. We only tried 5. Hopefully we can come back to review more.
