If hair are healthy and beautiful you can keep the natural colour and refresh ends often. If you want to change colour first have a consultation with hairstylist or try wig on the colour you want. Then colour your hair using “hair colouring shampoo” (they fully cover grey too), not mass-production hair colours as they have chemicals. It takes 10-20min and you get permanent colour. Hair is your beauty and status symbol, as a woman you must do everything (hair-care, vitamins, washing, masks, colouring) to look luxurious by having classy hair.

What you wear influences how people treat you, who’ll you marry, special treatments, and solid self-esteem. All blessings in my life are because I cover and wear dignified beautiful dresses. If someone has hurt you burden and punishment is on their shoulder. You don’t need to speak-up or talk to them, but make peace internally. Write a long letter expressing all your emotions, then forgive yourself and them. Then bin or burn the letter. Close your eyes and imagine this person is a ballon. Let go of this ballon by saying: “I forgive you, I let you go, you no longer have power over me with what you’ve done. I’m free from you, I now choose myself and my happiness”. Understand that jealousy is an evil spirit and can harm you. Sometimes it’s good to stand up for yourself if it’s done in one sentence like: “I don’t like how you treat me” or “It’s disrespectful of you, you’re not allowed to speak with me this way”. You say one sentence and leave. But never stay long to argue with a jealous person as you’re then going to their low level and feeding them joy as it bothers you. Best solution: don’t look at them, ignore, don’t even acknowledge their words, leave as quick as possible. This makes you a winner. Your energy and beauty are too valuable to invest in a person who wants bad for you. Never fight with evil, just leave.
