If it helps try out other stuff like new hobbies or take walks don’t stay in your room too long honestly taking walks really helps I used to do it all the time and still do and I absolutely buried myself in hobbies which got stressful but when you get the right balance it can really help. I hope you get better best wishes
I see where you’re coming from, being distracted really helps and I understand that, I’m so little motivated to do anything though so most of the time I am in my room cuz I feel safe in there and not judged. I do have hobbies I just sometimes really need to be push pressured into it to finally do it. I’m not stopping anytime soon so maybe I’ll take your advice into consideration. Idk if it’ll change anything as of me going out on walks or getting motivated. Cuz all I feel like doing is stay in my room and suffer cuz I feel very safe in there. I wish you best of luck too! I’m really glad you’re finding ways. Im trying to get back into stuff I used to do and it does help me a lot for a certain amount of time. I don’t have much hobbies. I really only do swimming, I love editing if I feel like it💀💀😭, and playing bass if I’m honest. But maybe I can do more hobbies. For now, I just need that motivation to push on.
