Thank you for your interest in ILM, using the Z501 as an example, here are the steps. You can refer to the manual, the illustration can make the operation steps clearer. 1: Lift the lens. With one hand, pull the red handle upwards and to the left while holding it steady. With the other hand, pull the lens out towards the upper left. 2: The lens is now lifted upwards. With one hand, pull the red handle upwards and towards the left while holding it steady. With the other hand, insert the lens into the slot and push the lens upwards and to the left until the visor clicks into place.

We appreciate your enthusiasm for the design and are thrilled to hear you're enjoying your helmet! However, we wouldn’t recommend locking the helmet to your bike using the chin strap-especially since the quick-release system is designed for on-the-go safety and convenience while riding. It’s not intended for securing the helmet to your motorcycle, and doing so could affect its performance. We always encourage using the helmet as intended to ensure it stays in great condition for your rides. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out!

Thank you for your support of ILM! The chin area of the Z302 helmet can accommodate a camera; however, since the chin section is detachable, we recommend mounting the camera on the main body of the helmet. We have also reserved a spot for the camera in this part of the helmet.

@@ilmracing So if I wanted to mount my Go Pro 10 camera, could I do that on the chin area, or would I need a special attachment? If so, do you sell such an attachment? I ask these questions, because I review electric scooters and Ebikes and accessories too. Thanks again

If the device and the helmet Bluetooth have been previously paired, the helmet Bluetooth will automatically connect to the device if the device is not connected to another Bluetooth device and the helmet Bluetooth is switched on. If the device is already connected to a Bluetooth device, the existing connection must be disconnected before connecting to the helmet Bluetooth.

So how do I switch between com phone and radio mode ?
