I used about two packs and a half of the 11" of each color, each pack brings 50balloons. And then I used about 2 pack of each for the 5" in each color, each pack also brings 2. So for each color, I used about 150 balloons for the 11" and 100 balloons for the 5". But I would always get atleast one more pack of the 11" just to be on the safe side. You never want to run out of balloons.

Heavy duty clamps, then you tie a 360 balloon to the clamp and then tie it to the balloon garland

Currently less than an hour to blow up the 11", 18", 5" and put them in quads and tie the 260's to the quads of 5". I blow them up anywhere from a week to a day before. Quality balloons can last months, indoors, before they start looking a little off.

Hi Niveen, Thank you 😊 I actually use removable vinyl, and I cutt it with my cricut machine. Unless i'm using an LED sign or a Wood Sign, i'm not hanging anything on the walls. You would just cutt it, weed it, and then used the clear transfer tape to transfer it to your wall. Theres a lot of helpful videos on youtube. Feel free to ask me anything else 🤍

Gracias 🤍 Yo la ordene por Amazon, pero ya tengo como 5 años con ella. Algunas veces las que estan en Amazon son un verde muy palido, puedes comprar pintura en aerosol y pintarla de un verde mas oscuro para que luzca como la mia.

I got it on Amazon a couple of years ago. The one's I see on their website now are a little lighter green, you can just buy a spray paint in a "forest green" color and spray paint it to look like mine.

Correct, It doesn't matter the size of the balloon. I always use 3 duplets and make it into 1 cluster of 6 balloons. And then when I make the cluster I tie it to another cluster and I keep repeating the same process until I have the length I want

Hello, I make clusters of 6 ( I put 3 pairs of balloons together) and then take one kneck of a balloon from one cluster and tie it to another cluster. In the giraffe babyshower video, I show you a close us of how I do that.

@@shawnteosby9517 it looks messy at first, but just trust the process and let it dry on the balloon. Some how it seems to spread and doesn't look like the dripping look, like when you spray it at first

Or even just to move up from using the smaller backdrop stands. @@wilnidegeorges I used the top pipe from my other heavy duty stand bc I couldn't find the pipe to that stand, which was black and adjustable. But I do also have the crossbar attachment as well. I bought it from efavormart as well.

White sand, pastel baby blue, latte

These pampas and the palm leaves, I took a risk and ordered them off of Aliexpress, they took almost a month to arrive. But they ended up being very good. Minimal shedding and the stem wasn't flimsy. I did order some smaller palm leaves from amazon, but it was just the smaller ones. The palm leaves were also very good, i've had them for over a year and they haven't broken. Just remember to look at the reviews when buying. That always helps me when shopping online.

Hello, thank you 😊 I bought the boxwood hedge wall about 5 years ago on amazon. I recently bought another box to make my wall bigger and bc mine was older it was a different color. So I brought it outside, put it together and spray painted it a forest green. But if you buy it on amazon you will most likely have yo buy two boxes. One box won't be big enought for a 8x8 wall for example. If your using sempertex, qualatex or other quality balloons then you can blow them up 2 to 3 days before the event. And they will look stunnning. I have even tried a week before and they look amazing. The 5" balloons, I usually do the day or night before because they tend to oxidize faster. And don't forget to use your plastic mattress cover to transport your balloons.

I get my plastic mattress cover at walmart, but idk where you are located or if you have a store similar to walmart. They are usually in the moving section, where you buy the boxes etc. I usually use white sand for my nudes, or if I want something darker, latte or fashion coffee in the inside of white sand. Hello 👋🏼 I believe I understand what you mean, just let me know if I answered you or not ... You take everything, anything that is not customized or a special order for the event is taken back because it is considered a "rental" for example, you said the clamps and the flowers, those are just materials, you are using to create the event, the use of those materials and what you use to buy them should be included in your "Service Fee" this fee is a fee that is added to the total of the event. To calculate the service fee, I would estimate the mileage I would be going (to and from the event location) and I would add that to my flat fee of $75. With that service fee, I would buy those basic materials I need for every event. Sometimes they break or sometimes you need to buy different things for different events. But to answer your question, you are taking everything that is not personalized or a special order. Anything that you personalized is for example, an entrance sign with the clients name, a sign, or a custome backdrop. Vinyl lettering on a wooden wall, would just be removed, there is no way to take it off and not mess it up. The client has to understand that they are not to keep anything unless otherwise specified. Everything is considered a rental. If they wish to keep the balloons they can, I usually pop them at the event location and sometimes they ask if they can keep. But florals and things like that, have to be returned. I've had animal, or bear themed events weere my clients wanted to keep the stuffed animals and because I count them at the end before I leave the event, I notice them missing and they have to return it. Unless they pay for it. And usually the items we use aren't cheap.

Hello 👋🏼 You would be surprised on how much I get this question from other event planners in my area or upcoming event planners. To answer your questions, I would say the actual planning and talking to the client can take anywhere between two weeks to months. There are clients who want to be involved in every step, and there are others who will trust your judgement. But the actual conversation, once the client reaches out, I like to get these basic questions answered from them: 1. Do you have a location for your event? If so, where (outside or inside) 2. Do you have a theme? 3. Do you have any inspiration pictures? 4. Do you have specific colors you want to use 5. If there's a venue, ask if you may see the venue together, so you can get a better picture of how much space your dealing with (pictures can cutt it, but most of the time its not realistic) get as much information as you can, then move onto the invoice. As your doing your invoice, write down any questions, you may have. And then either ask to speak on the phone or send them a text. Again, some clients are quick, they know what they want and they get straight to the point, where as others, take their time and don't have the answers you need. In this case, you would then look at the inspo pictures they sent you and the prior convo and go find some inspiration pictures off of Pinterest or Instagram and send them your ideas. Once you have some what of an idea of what the clients needs or wants from you, the conversation is easy for both of you. Make sure your inspiration pictures you are sending, are things that you can actually deliver. I've had upcoming event planners send inspo pictures to their clients and when it doesn't come out exactly or similar to the picture, the client feels cheated or lied too and then thats where problems can arise.
