I’m due with my third, for 3 under 3 I started out minimal and I’m even more minimal than I was. Toddler clothes on the other hand…. They get so dirty so quick!!! My bubbies sleep on the floor next to our futon style bed for the first few months, my kids get one beloved stuffie each and all our toys fit into a couple drawers!

My problem is I homeschool ASD twins. I need items for that🙄 small 3 bed home with tiny bedrooms for 5 kids. Old 35 year house with lack of storage 🙄

I am sorry, but what is minimalist about all that staff? First of all, babies do need their own nursery and cot. And some of the staff is just unhealthy for babies.

I could've made this list myself! I don't even feel guilty about not reading to my newborns. (I do read to my toddlers and older kids but i can't do it with newborns) without being read to, my 2 oldest spoke super early and have a very extensive vocabulary. My 3rd took a bit longer to talk but if anything i read more to him because i was already reading to the older ones when he was a baby 😂😂😂

Hey Marissa. I have 11 children and could write a book 😂 10 children in 14 years and then a 4 year break and baby Luke came. I’ll try to finish watching this video later on. I watch videos a few minutes at a time ✨ Before I go we do NOT snack! Even if other kids have stuff 😂

I agree with all of these except reading. I don't love reading out loud but I do it because I know my baby enjoys it and it's good for their development.

Awesome topic. Here’s what I don’t do for my 3 kids (9,7,3): I REFUSE to get out of bed in the morning just because they’re up. They know they can go and watch tv without me, help each other get breakfast and keep each other safe. lol. Even if I’m awake I still refuse to get out of bed. I like to wake up slowly and get myself ready before greeting them 😂

Great ideas, I didn't have the bambo or jumparoo. My baby had a swing or floor time, he had about 7 sleepers and he was done

My style is starting to lean more towards comfort and simplicity and letting go of cute and structured. I think a lot of women go through this as they get older and start dressing for themselves rather than others. I feel the pullings of another declutter coming my way! I don't even need to buy anything, just donate the extras that will not serve my future self...cuz never going back to shorter skirts, spaghetti straps, and uncomfortable shoes!

Love these decluttering ideas! A few I needed a reminder about! 🙂 With mail that isn't ours I just write "Not at this address" & pop it back in the mail. Then the post office redirects it if needed.
