Youre not the problem. Society is. Im in the same boat. Thearapy doesnt help. Talking makes it worse. Cookie cutter responces make me frustrated "you just need a good therapist" ive been through every one in my area and its always ALWAYS the exact fucking same. No matter what. Society is a broken mess that does not support helping mentally ill people all it cares about is making sure you suffer and live long enough to continue to profit on you. We live in a reality where money is worshiped like a god. Where metal illness is ignored and encouraged. Where life is just another dollar. Where freedom died years ago. We dont have freedom we have the ability to make money to survive. I dont want to live to work. I want to survive to live. I want my mistakes to have real meanings to be able to learn from myself. Instead im worried that everything i do is wrong and overthing every situation to where i make myself sick from stressing myself out. But dont worry ill keep getting over it and just grow up. And the most grown ill be is when i finally take my own life. Call me a coward but living like this is more cowardly than noticing youre the issue and fixing it.
