Great instructional video for us who are suffering as victims of hyundais plagued by trans issues. Mine has no DTC The live data has become my favorite movie but when you don’t know what to look for, it feels like watching a chinese movie. I replaced the fluid 2 days ago. It feels a bit better but all the symptoms are still present but less pronounced since the fluid change. Drove 226 miles so far The fluid was brown with dust metal (no chunk) Symptoms were / are: 1~ 3 seconds delayed engagement from Park to Drive 2~ Harsh downshift from 5-4; less now than before the oil change & actually no harsh downshift at all sometimes 3~ If attempting to floor the pedal or suddenly accelerate to get more torque, the car jerks until the throttle is realised & all goes like nothing ever happened 4~ A whinning noise can be heard in low gears 1,2,3. Upshifts occurs at 2100 rpm nd normally Highest Trans oil temp is 185 degree Fahrenheit Can testing solenoids point me to the right direction? Is there a proven way to unclog a valve body to improve its performance? note i pulled a valve body from a junkyard so i can either self-train with it or do it correctly and swap it in if the comoarison shows that mine may have issues. Hopefully an answer soon. Thanks again

Hello my friend, I hope you’re doing well I replaced my ABS for my Kia sportage 2015 vin : KNAPC8127F7663888 After that the Abs light is showing and the scanner is asking for the variant code . The mechanic told me that we can get it from your old ABS by connecting it to the scanner but unfortunately I lost my old ABS Could you please help me with this ??

Hi friend, could I activate the functions of my vehicle with this scanner? My vehicle does not have TPMS and I want to activate it

Great video information My vehicle stalls out completely wen I come to a stop in Drive Also does it wen I select Drive or Reverse Idles perfectly in neutral and park No CEL or codes at all Iv tested all solenoids including torque lockup 5.3ohms and operates wen I power it on bench Is it worth stripping and inspecting the valvebody further, mechanic seems to think it’s a transmission issue with the torque converter (not noisy) or torque converter solenoid problem. It wont even rev on a stall test in D or R, just stalls engine out immediately when I press the accelerator. Otherwise the transmission shifts and sounds normal to me I thought it was an engine issue but my mechanics adamant it’s the transmission stalling it out cos it otherwise drives fine on highway

How do you test it? Just smoke it?

I have a Hyundai Getz. I had a problem with not starting. The engine management light was on. All I did was undo the 2 screws that hold in the coill around the ignition. Hey presto not had a problem since. 2 years no problems.

Sir, one question if i may plz. my friend's Hyundai Sonata YF smart key with SSB and fob holder and when fob inside the car SSB doesn't respond at all unless he put the fob inside fob holder and then car cranks and start and run OK. so, i've changed for him 3V battery (which is even 3,3V) more than enough, even couple of times and defferent brands, nothing changed, i did diagnoctic and checked all antennas all good,all active. i wonder what else could it be a reason of that failure? may be RF reciever shorted to ground or anything? no fault codes during diagnostic with Thinktool SE and Expert 195. just don't want to disassemble all dash apart for electrical check-up before make sure there no problem outside of RF receiver and SKM or PDM or FOB holder. any ideas or suggestions what is wrong? may be reprogramming a fob mind help? thank you in advance

What... All you have to do is pull the bottom hose and see if there is suction ,leave electric hooked up and check for a vacuum

all my solenoids besides shift control read 6 ohm, shift control reads 11 is that normal for all the others to read 6 ohms? i thought the number should be 5.1?

2015 genesis coupe b1602 and I forgot the other code but smarta no response car was in a accident and passenger side on the windshield was broken to allow water and then I pulled the smart key module it was corroded I can start car only with key in the holder and then dies 4 seconds after it starts then immobilizer light is on then no start just crank also door handle unlock botton on the outside doesn’t work I’ve come down to where I need to replace the module any input?

Neat system, but the pisser is that the seal where the actuated part enters the manifold has created a vacuum leak on my car. Hyundai does NOT have a seal kit for these, if fact they barely acknowledge that that intake system exists on a 2006 Tucson. Now I'm stuck with removing the manifold to see if I can find a replacement for the seals.

On mine there is a bolt on the right right about 20cm above the fog light. Any recommendation on how to remove this?
