First of all, thanks so much for uploading and sharing with us this amazing show. I'm from Brasil and used to be completely terrified with this series while watching it on Fox Kids, and that molded my love for the horror genre. Just watched a new netflix series (Files of the Unexplained) and one episode was about Myrtle's Plantation, so I did a bit more research and stumbled on this very video, just to be completely amazed! So many memories came back to me, tried to look more about the show and found your tumblr post about the research you did to find more about its background. I was a bit sad about the dead end you found, and amazed at the same time, it only adds to the mystique around this incredibly tv show. Again, thank you for sharing it with us!

I heard the story of Danny’s bed was just made up by the family who first bought it. They did a polygraph test or something and it turned out they were lying about what they told reporters.

ABC was really good at making these scripted series. The shows staged a lot of stuff and never had much credible stuff happen on camera.

Here after watching George Browning's minidoc on this case. I think this video might have slipped underneath his radar. Great that we have closure on this.

Just listened to this and wanted to add, it ran under the “Scary But True” title late at night on the IFC channel in winter 2008-2009, which was before it aired on Chiller. I saw the originals in 2002 when I was 11 on Fox Family and absolutely loved it-I was shocked with nostalgia when I saw it under the new title while channel surfing at 2am! Just adding my own crumb to the trail for those looking for the remaining lost episodes…
