The Burpee is an excellent cardiovascular and conditioning exercise that I incorporate into my daily routine. In my opinion, it is one of the most effective upper-body calisthenics exercises available. I recommend starting with a low number of repetitions and gradually increasing the intensity as your fitness level improves.
