Am so delighted to call you my doctor, I never believed I will be free from bad Breath and gum disease, all appreciation to you Dr.Emovon on RUclips, indeed you are a life saver, I’ll keep on sharing this testimony all the days of my life...🙏🙏🙏

Is it okay to have some unremoved wax in the cervical or middle 3rd of the root and similarly okay to have voids in those regions after filling?
@@pinkwood08 ideally you should not have any wax remaining because in real life scenario, wax represents pulp. So you should remove all. After you remove everything there is no stain/ tint seen anywhere. For voids, refer to the ADex manual. Always look at criteria to decide what is needed to pass the exam
Is it okay to have some wax stains remaining in the middle 3rd or the cervical 3rd of the root, also it is okay to have voids in those locations?
Is 4 to 5 months of inactivity considered a gap in cv?
depends on what the reason of the gap is.
@swati508 thanks for replying
I have what appear to be periodontal abscess due to loose crown. Would that solve the problem once the crown is removed? And drain whatever abscess is there?
hello, thank you for contacting. has the dentist made this diagnosis? the treatment would depend on clinical and radiographic presentation.
@@swati508 Well, they have to extract it because the real tooth is loose as well.
@@reptilexcq2 ok. Yes if the tooth is mobile as well and there is abscess, probably extraction would be the choice. But again clinical and radiographs can help for better answer
Hi. What could be the recurring ulcers on sides of the tongue. Sometimes they are like canker sore but mostly feel like a cut on the sides and are reddish. My dentist did not looked properly and said they are caused by tension but I don't believe tension is the reason. They are only treated by steroids recommended by other doctor and get healed but comes back as soon as I stop taking steroids. Any suggestions?
The ulcers on the side of the tongue are caused by various reasons like stress, trauma, a very large tongue. I have not seen your ulcers so hard to say. I would recommend checking your diet, blood levels for iron, and conditions under which they come back. You can always consult a medical doctor too. Without seeing it’s hard to comment.
Do need operation for gum abcess?
Hello, thank you for the question. It depends what kind of abscess it is. Gum abscess can happen because of infection in the tooth or in the gums. Both scenarios require different approach. If you are having abscess, I would recommend getting it checked by your dentist to determine the cause.
Brilliant
Thank you.
It is a month ago my jaw tooth start pain a few times but mouthwash worked well each time to control... suddenly 2 days back one lump emerged on jaw tissue. Is it dangerous...!!!
Thank you for the question. Since you were having tooth pain , emergence of a lump like an abscess is not a good sign. I would suggest taking an appointment with a dentist as it could be a sign of infection. Remember mouthwashes are not treatment for infection
Hi madam, great work. I have a doubt, cavities or ulcers could easily be cured easily by external application or swishing with listerine, but what about cavitation, if there is a cavitation inside gum, could it cured! If yes which oils or mouthwash is best for short term or longterm benefits?
I’m sorry that I do not understand your question. Cavitation insides gum?
@@swati508 I mean cavitations in bone.
@sarvagnyan6455 if you mean bone loss, then no. Mouthwashes cannot cure bone loss
@@swati508 ok madam thank u. what are the best alternatives in that case? LANAP!
@@swati508 If external structure of tooth is good. And there is boneloss around it along with blood loss. Could it be reversed without rct?
Can you get lump cold sore inside the mouth ?
Herpetic sores happen inside the mouth too. I have shown pictures in my video and what are the signs and symptoms . Hope it helps
Knowledgeable video 😊😊😊
This tooth do esnt heal. There is too much bone loose. The patient feels better after drainage but same sensivity or swelling will occur in the future again, my opinion
You will be surprised that after SRP and sometime Osseous surgeries, you will never have these abscesses . Like I said we need to understand why they are occurring and how to deal with the cause. Thank you for the opinion though .Always welcome.
❤
Looking forward to more information.

This abscess looks like gingival infection if I am not mistsken.
I can help you understand if you want to give your explanation as to why that is an infection. The hint is that it is a form of enlargement. Patient is female and in her 20s. Any guesses now?

Someone send me an email to ask a question if vital tooth can have periapical abscess. I wanted to share the answer with everyone. The answer is "No". It always will be non-vital. If the abscess is acute, it might now show in the radiograph. In such a case, you should do cold test to confirm the vitality.
Please ask your questions here. i will try to answer. a lot of questions get lost in the email list. thank you
thank you so much for this detailed video, please continue making more, thanks.

Hi, can you comment on the external form of this tooth? Thank you!
can you be clear about your question, please?
@@swati508 Yes, of course. I apologize. I meant to ask about the internal form criteria that is mentioned in the manual (no gouging, smooth walls...etc.). How do you evaluate that?
@@ammoula2974 use your endo explorer and run against the internal walls. It should be smooth. You can visually see too for any roughness if you use loupes

How many mm you can go in facial deep when you do lateral or central …. I mean did you know the mesures?
So, for ACC, Read the manual and under the preparation you can check that there is no specific number in mm for facial.
@@swati508 ok I understand that part so I'm a bit confused! since it does not say how many mm I have to extend myself in the facial... so when is it advisable to request a modification?
@@carlosreyes-os7oc usually there is no caries on the facial. its on the facial axial line angle and if there is caries on that line angle , thats when you request mod.

Hello. Thank you for the video. I have few questions. 1. Could u go over the grading sheet? 2 Once I drop into the pulp chamber, I use the diamond bur to smoothen the walls. I often get a ledge on the lingual wall (tip of triangle). Do u smoothen the mesial, distal and lingual wall? Do u make sure there are no catches from tip of triangle to orifice? Do u hold the bur at an angle while smoothening the lingual wall?

Hloo Maam I will start my bds this year i have one query and i am really not getting its answer anywhere so as USMLE is their they can give the exam in their 3rd year and the syllabus will be of 1st 2years and then they can give their next exam after or during internship. Is this is same for INBDE also or we can give only one exm after internship in which the syllabus will be off whole 4years😕😕😕😕
Hi Ansh, you can only give NBDE exam after you have your BDS transcripts. So you can start preparing around in your final year or early depending on your schedule. And apply once you have transcripts in hand. jcnde.ada.org/en/inbde/apply-to-take-the-inbde Go to this link at JCNDE and you will get most of the information. Let me know if this helps
Thank you so much for this video! So helpful indeed 🤗
