Does Shea Homes support 3rd party inspections?
If you are under contract with a new build and have put earnest money down, you have the right to a 3rd party inspection during various points of construction. Although I have heard of many builder making it difficult for inspectors to do their job. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching!

Theres too many storage rooms in their homes, they could have made better use of the space within the homes. I have been to that development and I wasn't impressed. The homes are very overpriced. They recently raised their prices by over $60k. Reviews also are pretty bad for Fulton homes, a lot of people not happy with the workmanship and customer service not wanting to help get things repaired.
We looked at shea homes when we were building. Ended up going with Taylor Woodrow at the time. Now Taylor Morrison. Do you guys ends up selling the model homes? My front room (sitting room) has 30 ft ceilings
The builders tend to sell the models when closing out the neighborhood.
Lots of cleaning. All the windows are wonderful during the fall and winter. Once the summer hits you need blackout curtains and shades 🥵

We are in this community and something not notated is that the backyards are not at all finished. We purchased earlier this year and we are in the Enzo which is a 4 bed/3 bath, not a 5 bed.
The Enzo at least showed in the model was a 3 bed 2 bath check the video. Thanks for watching!

Projects of this scale are required - by state law -- to have 100 years’ worth of water for every home in the community."

It's sad that my house is bigger than this and i only paid $125k for it in 2018 and then spent an addition $35k to remodel it. Now you can't even find that

This is northwest Phoenix off the 303 Freeway and Lone Mountain Road.
Those HOA houses are poorly build and with worst quality materials they can get for cheap. It has become a huge building scam in Arizona.

How big are the lots?
There are two series of homes and depending on the series, smaller lots are 53 x 120 and the larger homes are 63 x 120. These are base numbers and you can get larger lots in the community but most typically these are the lot sizes.

You would most likely have to drive over an hour to work.
Well that would depend on where one works of course. This community is just a few minutes away from the 303 Corridor which is home to some huge businesses such as Amazon, Dicks Sporting Goods, Sub Zero, Chewy, Bimbo bakeries just to name a few. This area is booming with new supply chain facilities. Lots of employment in this area.

Homes built in the 90s are still thriving today, with neighborhoods like Camelback Corridor and Arcadia standing as prime examples. They're not just holding up but are highly sought-after with increasing equity. So, a well-built home in a good area can be a solid investment for decades!
Why do they make Arizona houses so close together. This house is not worth no $600.000

Never look at "the model". Look at the real house. They always trick out the model and pay closer attention to details. This thing probably has $100k in upgrades.
