DJI NEO Acro Maiden Flights
Video recording, on a sunny summer afternoon, Friday, September 6th, 2024.
These are the first two Acro flights with the DJI Neo. The video recording colors are natural - completely unedited.
At 50 m altitude, the wind was blowing at 24 Kph, with gusts of over 47 Kph, and the ground temperature was 23 degrees C (74 degrees F).
The DJI NEO camera was set on Auto, 4K/30 FPS, 16:9 Aspect Ratio, Normal Color Mode, and EIS at Rocksteady - with no ND filter. The footage recording colors are natural - completely unedited.

The newly introduced DJI NEO is the least expensive, most versatile, and will become DJI's most popular drone. It weighs 135 grams and fits in a jacket pocket. It flies indoors and outdoors in more modes than any other DJI drone. I had a lot of fun flying it and highly recommend it.

Thank you, Nick. It's the least expensive and most versatile DJI drone. It's not restricted to Class C Airspace, fits into your jacket's pocket, and flies indoors and outdoors in temperatures well below -10 C.

@@droneflyernick Let me know how stably it flies indoors. I had the opportunity to fly extensively the Avata 2 indoors and was super impressed.
@Blueskyver It's really bad indoors, without GPS and low light it will go mental and crash, my Avata 2 is fine indoors as it has better sensors. Such a shame, I might return it. The manual even says not to use the Neo indoors.
@@Blueskyver finally the rain is gone, I flew it outside in all 3 modes. I like it, flys great, I even tried follow me. With that said I just ordered 2 more batteries and the charger hub. See you in the air ✌️

Thank you, Nick. The Mavic 3 main Camera captures the best images vs. all other DJI drones. The Pro-tri-camera overloads the Mavic 3 front, so I prefer by far the Classic. I hope that one day, DJI will officially make the Goggles work with the Mavic 3 and the RC.

Great video! I myself just bought avata 2 and performed the first flight in manual mode and it ended up in a tree😂 It's been a lot of help when I've played a "simulator" called LIFTOFF about 20 hours.

Nice flight, I missed out going there last month with another buddy. The surfers seemed very chill with you flying near them.

The drone used Normal and Sport modes with GPS stabilization while filming the Surfers, which were not moving much over the standing Rapids waves. I used digital Zoom during video editing to enlarge the surfers, making the relative distance to them appear closer than in reality.
