For reasons sadly. The ppace got ruined often and they can get away without payment for repairs. When we learn how to tell differences of what type of foreigners, the situation will start changing.

Yea but you have to factor in the wages and cost of living. Of course cost of living, and rent is going to be cheaper. Wages are wayyy lower. Also jobs are immensely harder to find.

I spend 1400 a month in Norfolk VA for a750sqft apartment. My ac breaks monthly and it has faulty wiring and almost caught on fire.
