Anyone considering this charger needs to know this... It time-shares between ports 1-2 and 3-4 at the amps/current selected. So 4 batteries take twice as long to charge as 2. It switches between charging 1-2 and 3-4 approx every 10secs. This is annoying for charging 4 old NiMH batteries. It takes 6 - 8 hours at 500mA. You can set it to use 1amp which gets toggled between the two pairs (making an average of 500mA x 4), but when it gets down to the last one or two batteries, it then pumps a continuous 1amp into those batteries, which for old NIMH batteries can be too much and they can get dangerously hot. However, it does two batteries very well with continuous charging at the stated amps.

Very dissapointwd about this charger... please help me in order to better understand how to find the total capacity of the battery; it's the value displayed at the end of the charge? or to that value I should add the initial value is displayed when inserting the battery? Thank you so much!

hi i bought this sometime ago.. but the problem i had was, this fan will automatically shut down after turning on for about 4 hours.. have you experienced the same problem issue as mine ??

These are great. I use them alon with my large Ifixit case and Bahco ratcheting screw diver..I would say I like these a bit more but once you get a good ratcheting screw driver its hard to go back. 😅 These are uaually handier as I have a few of them and I tend to misplace my Bahco allot.😑

My UM 4 Nitecore, I've had for over a year and now its starting to only charge my 18650 Batteries halfway, does anyone know if there's a trick on these or have experienced anything like this, and if i can do something to fix it, or if i just need to buy a new one!! Please let me know! Thanks

have you pushed the filter all the way in? it may have not been all the way in if you see three streams of water instead of two. It took me quite a high amount of pressure to really push it in with the filter seat completely sealed

This is generally underpowered for most uses other than machine screws IMO. As a contractor that is a tool and knife enthusiast I think there are better choices in the long run I've seen a couple of people with this on YT. It may make sense for someone but I can hardly see buying this when you could buy a Milwaukee 12v drill with adjustable clutch for a bit more and then you can really get some work done. Once you purchase the 12v battery you then have access to the massive line of Milwaukee 12v tools!

I can see a need for sure but just not my cupatea. My carafe keeps it piping hot for 2 hours which is plenty of time for me.

The best part about xiaomi is that it works perfectly with Home assistant. once it's set up it opens a new world of things you can do. with both Automation and security. I mainly use xiaomi Aqara buttons and sensors to control my Philips hue. because I can and it's way cheaper than using the Hue buttons and sensors. also, it works fine with Yeelight any 6000 other products. the xiaomi sensors actually report battery level of the giving sensor. but the Xiaomi Mi Home app does not utilize that info as far as I know. but Home assistant does. So, in that case, you can have home assistant set up to send you a warning when the sensor battery reaches let's say 10%. so you know it time to replace the battery in the device. very useful stuff
