we have spent a year planning and researching to find some of the most beautiful places and most spectacular roads in the Balkan region, as well as the Asian part of Turkey.
we expect the trip to last almost 2 months and take us through 12-14 countries. we will, among other things, pass the most famous mountain passes in Romania, the Transalpina and the Transfagasen, with fantastic panoramic views and bears on the way.
In the Asian part of Turkey, 750 km from Istanbul and 530 km from the Syrian border, we will visit the natural paradise of Cappadocia, which also offers one of the world's best-known places for hot air ballooning.

Greece has a lot to offer. would have liked to have explored it more. we hope that one day we will again have the opportunity to come back.

@@go2adventure the motorcycle had run approx. 35,000 km. and we had driven about 5000 km. on the trip
@twowheeledtravellers the repair was free or you paid the damage; thanks again
@@go2adventure in fact I was able to get it done under BMW's warranty. but it was a faster process just to pay 227€ and then move on. we were already on our way 22 hours later.

Do it! One of the best and most beautiful roads we have driven. And when you're there, take the Transfăgărășan too.
Guys you missed a lot. Between Russe and Nesenar you had to go to a place called Veliko Tarnovo and checked the old town. It is amazing up there. There is castle called Tzarevetz from the time when Bulgaria had a lot of wars with Byzantine Empire. You can check Spartacus people…. Bulgaria has a huge history.
@@MotoPavilion Many thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, Bulgaria was only a stopover on this trip as we had limited time. even if 2 months sounds like a lot, time goes by quickly. but we will keep it in mind if our path crosses Bulgaria again. thanks for sharing it with us.

Hey Fed video! gode forklaringer! Må sige det ewr et fedt telt min Kammarat har for nogle år tilbage købt 3/4 mands teltet fra heimplanet! det er virkelig smart! Men I forhold til det er første video med Stemme så ka man da stadig høre dig tydeligt, men ja lyden af din stemme virker en smule lavere end omgivelserne. Men ser frem til Flere videoer lignende! :)
I just cannot think I'm sleeping on the ground mounted tent; the snakes and the bugs down there as well as whatever else they decide to come in. I could never tent on the ground and if I were in that rooftop, I will pull the letter in with me. Dogs and bears can climb a ladder.
hotels are also quite outstanding! just watch out for the crazy people!😂😂
I use tent as an emergency before I build a raised shelter from wood. I used to camp with just a tarp but sometimes you are so exhausted, you need a tent that pitches instantly....some situations really are an emergency and you need immediate shelter and fire (hence why I have a portable gas stove too)...

I am Norwegian and i dont think i would bother to come here for a few days but maybe you have more time in the future and can spend 2-3 weeks and see all the places tourists normallly dont go to....
I have also spent a month on a trip to the North Cape. the known places are always the easiest to find😅 it's not the destination that's most important, but the way to get there😊
