@@thurow37I have a Chris Redfield painted head scaled down to 3.75 that I bought off eBay. He fits great with the shirtless joytoy figs, but they don’t leg options. Just pants 😭

@@GideonFrost I see. Jus recently got my first JoyToy (Chubby Zombie)...need to open it, etc but looks promising (articulation-wise). But dang...they are hefty price wise (probably for good reason -- worth the $$). If I were you and wanted to flash some Chris Redfield legs I'd consider the joint(s) where I'd want the legs to start showing and if the colors weren't available or compatible with what I have, then I'd consider painting a set of legs that fit the joint (s) ...if that makes sense

@@maddestmike5791 That's a great question. I want to say the Light Fawn is definitely light (er) here than on the website. In person I'd say it shows more as seen here than the website I could do a short that puts it under different lighting and contrasts it with some more known figures/colors. 🤔 Thoughts?

@@thatguycalledphil6808 yessir!! That's the line that got us into action figures, actually! Great figure w/o the modifications.

@@thatguycalledphil6808 Glad you like it/her!! It is a fairly simple custom and the uniform fits both characters well, though I lean toward Black Widow's classic comic look (so Marve Universe figure(s)). The custom is even simpler if you don't add the hip/waste articulation. At that point it's a simple paint job and then finding extra gear for her. I like to add that waste articulation for these solid torso'd / non-waste articulation figures to have them pose up and hang with the old Marvel Universe breed figs a little better. Haha! Might post a vid to share the method I've found works well to do this. ...but yea...all that to say: you can't go wrong with using this as a base for Domino!

@@SeguridasehigieneIpisa I got it in a lot from ebay...if I find one like it I can try and paste the link here. I think it's a little big for the majority of Wolverines, but it looks good on the bigger / long necked ones: 1) Wolverine and Hand Ninja 2pack, 2) Secret Wars 2 packs (brown suited), 3) X-Force (the one with the smaller head), and 4) The X-Men Team Uniform Wolverine [[Basically all the Wolverines that have the thin individual and often funky claws]]. @@SeguridasehigieneIpisa ...its also good to note that i modified this Wolverines neck so that it's not so long and awkward. I am planning on doing some shrink molding of these heads to fit the smaller bodies, too. If I do the shrink would you be interested in seeing how they turn out? I could look into shipping that way for ya

Good question!! I pulled his head out a little bit so that it can tilt on the neck peg...the tension helps keep it in position

What do you not like about the figure(s), assuming from other comments you ate not a fan of them? Personally...I wish for better but there are elements (like the head sculpt, calve cowls, and hands/claws) that I will bring over into a MU custom.

@@thurow37 just no thought into these figures. They could have no modern molds etc just like children version toys. They could have came with the modern figure molds like Star Wars black series. You know damn well these figures are straight garbage and I will never purchase these.

Haha! You mean @22:00 ? That was a work in progress Once I'm happy w the paint ant how it functions then is when the pieces come together more permanently w/o the "falling apart" I do have variants...but I also have these...and want to do what I can to put them in a collection where they will flex and pose like the others.

@@thurow37 I mean if your goal is to eventually create your own action figures then you have my support and I'm sure others but to me it seems like you're altering figures are necessary. But that's just me though Keep doing your thing. I'll give you my Instagram when I start doing 3.75 and 4-in figures review. Those old figures are very poseable as they are to me anyway.

@@darrendyson8347 😎👍 My son always like more points of articulation...and for his play and stop motion the articulation does help. We Def like the older figures too and jus want some more from these X-Men '97 and similar pieces. I need to post an update on Mantis (and Morph). Both came out 😎👌

@@thurow37 just buy multiple figures of the same to satisfy the urge but to know you still have backups. Those older Marvel universe figures are expensive especially since Hasbro still has the license.

@@thurow37 well my past my brother he had projector wolverine was 1995 line before and after i go to summer toy fest here at philippines we saw wolverine has epic hero series amazing X-men 97 is new toy line except X-men origins wolverine toy line like hasbro owned 3.75 now 4inch 10cm figure i love this to collect avengers EMH crossover galactus.

That's right!! Probably the main reason I snagged figures like Wolverine and Cyclops. Adding articulation to the Storm and swapping an MU head (or customized head) on this body is also a good option.

Its definitely a nice head from the Epic line. I would add a little wash to the skin to pop the details on it out a little more, too

@@thurow37 i just hope they give us a good Jubilee head tho the one from marvel universe line had a terrible head her eyes tho looked so bad im just hoping that we get a toy of her

@@Castillo19-i3p Wolverine is definitely a good head swap!! I've also swapped out his bottom legs with the boots (eg leg cowels) on one of mine. Will add ankle articulation soon to them. :)

I like the heads...but do you think they fit these figures? Are they good enough or do they need some size adjustment(s)?

Thanks!! I wonder if they fit well...or if they need some more modification size wise though (my heart says, "yes!! Awesome!" But my eyes and mind say, "not quite right"

​@@swervo1900 I agree. However, I think they "work" ..esp from some angles. Ultimately, though...I'm gonna need to do some shrinking of them (ot at least try my hand at it). I got them printed from a dude (?)...so gonna have to do a normal silicon cast after putting some primer on them, then do the shrinking on / from my resin copy(-ies), if that makes sense. I would do immediate shrinkbcast but I don't like how the silicon has worked on these heads (even w the primer). Without primer the silicon doesn't set at all (something about the resin of 3d printers??). Anyhow...long story for what process I'm looking at if I don't allow them to work in my mind 😅

@@thurow37 you should shrink them. They’re not too big though and it’s wolverine who normally has a full head of hair making his head look pretty big. Brilliant sculpt on those heads though.

Right now the only way to get Gambit is through the 5-pack at Target...they didn't release him as a solo figure. I haven't heard of any plans for a solo release of him, but that might be a possibility down the line...at least i would hope so...maybe even have Beast, Jubilee, Morph, Bishop and Jean get added in another wave? We can hope/wish, right?!? The same goes with Storm, unless you want a mini jet (they released her in a pack with a mini jet). Other than that, you might have to resort to ebay, etc. ...but he's the reason many get this pack...so will probably be pretty scarce

@@thurow37 problem is I've already bought Wolverine, Rogue and Ciclops. I don't want the mini jet and neverless the pack. 😓

@@rowlottrracompositor7114 I feel you on that one...I'm doing some modifications to my extra Cyclops and plan to do the same with Rogue (Boomer or Dazzler)...Wolverine is going to be battle damaged and / or become fodder...maybe convert him into Daken. 🤔
