Thank you. I knew from text descriptions that there was some kind of rock nearby that people kept using to cheese him, but I totally missed that there was a crevice in that spot. After I knocked him back out with projectiles he spent most of the battle pacing back and forth outside without attacking, so I was finally able to pick him off with a mix of ranged attacks.

DUDE THANK YOU SO MUCH. I keep getting cheesed by him. I just went to that location and stood there, poking out to throw my spells and daggers at him and then hiding again... YOU ROCK. I was getting so fucking tilted dealing with him.

I used a similar thing, but instead of standing on top of the rock and spamming spells i just hit him while he was in between the rocks so he could not do that invisible dodge bs, managed to kill him easily by doing that

Do this but drop night mist from up top next to the rock he hides behind. He will keep aggro because he gets hit constantly. Using your elixer can help when he damages you the one time.

for sorcerer just magic gintblade him it works wonders

if you have the int use night maidens mist. he dodges literally everything but night sorcery and night maidens mist will give you the most bang for your buck, so to speak. just fire it out where he's pacing back and forth and he'll die pretty quick after a few casts.

There is another method, get him in that area and get behind him with a staggering with a weapon that staggers and you can kill him without him healing

I was trying to cheese this boss. Ended up learning that instead of trying to dodge away like many bosses. Just roll into him when he attacks and he will rarely hit you. Even managed it heavy loaded.

i ran at the most right high cliff...and used all kinds of arrows, blood, poison, regular and he swung like a ballerina..i smoked him with a blast of rotten breath...he used his health potion...and shot him with poison arrows..and then again rotten breath...and history he was..thanks nice vid btw

For some reason when I invade his world I have zero cerulean flasks and only 2 health flasks like where tf are my flasks like they all just disappear how am I supposed to kill him with 2 damn health flasks anyone got an answer as to why this is happening to me?

This does not work. He can definitely still hit you up there so what I did was be patient and let him finish his combos and hit him during his downtime

If you're a melee fighter like me this works just fine as well. Just lure him into the walls and slash him. He won't be able to use his back dash and will just stand up in front of you. If he slashes, just jump back up the rock and wait for him to stay below and not attack. When that happens, just go back down and slash away. Worked for me.

still works! not 100% without taking damage but I lived. I recommend using night shard and night comet sorceries since they're invisible to enemies, so he won't dodge them

Nice. I used Ancient Death Rancor. I don't think he got two steps toward me before I eventually dropped him. The stagger damage kept him from doing anything.

Never had to do this with any other builds but sorc with wing of astel at level 80 not cutting it. Thanks

I would recommend using rot breath on him 2 times then after that spam him with radahns bow and arrows it takes like 5 minutes
