I’ve had the biggest privilege in my life to be Clancys personal chauffeur to the 2003 Toronto world conference for ever I’ll be so grateful that God gave the privilege to meet such individual touched the heart of millions before I even met him and continued until the end.

Clancy I. As a result of the Covid pandemic passed away "alone," in a Hospital he was leaving because he beat the virus, but caught it again somehow before leaving. Clancy encouraged a lot of things that have saved many troubled individuals. Whether the individual who took his life was any sicker then a sponsor I had who was bipolar, I will never know, but he also went off his medication to balance his belief of staying sober. I would like to point out that Clancy was the furthest from alone !!! I miss him often , but not as often as his sponse'ie "My Sponsor," Frank J. !! R.I.P SIR... Bigg Myk

No he didn’t go off of his meds because he wanted to “balance his belief of staying sober”. He did it because an ignorant, selfish ego maniac conned him into believing that he was being “dishonest”. What a joke. Pretty hypocritical considering Bill W took MAIOs (a first generation antidepressant) for his debilitating depression. That’s in Pass it On which is conference approved literature. Why don’t you try reading that? Clancy was a bullshit bully con artist.

Rest in Power, Clancy. You helped me stay sober since 1992! Loved your brainy talks and you made me laugh. I still love with reverence The AA Story.

@@ritamariekelley4077 I met Clancy I was 2 yrs sober , he walked up we were all taking our suitcase out he , said how are you young man , I was in shock I couldn't talk , he walked away 2 guys following him , my arm still extended .. I told my Sponsor OMG do you know who that was 👀

Clancy encouraged someone who had bipolar from my home group to go off of his psych meds because “he wasn’t really sober”. That man, as a result, locked himself in his downstairs bathroom, put a shot gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger. Clancy didn’t even show up to the funeral. What a bastard! Yeah, keep carrying the message and murdering people.

B & W thinking is dangerous. How many millions did Clancy help to save? a lot of times, the old timers were purists about taking medication. If this happened as you say, I'm very disappointed but that doesn't affect all that I learned from Clancy over the last 31 years.
