@@septclues thanks sept, I agree it is a fun lock, not a fan of HPC but if they have feedback like this I love it, I had an aegis that was so fun, nice feedback, but I stuffed it sadly
That's a beautiful pick, that purple heart is a tough one to work with as well and everything gets covered in purple sawdust. Excellent picking as well, love the feel of the couple of Japanese locks I have.
@@NIGBEE-lock-bothering yeah Chevy was saying that everything turned purple 🤣 but I think it came out beautifully, I loved the feedback on this lock too, it was quite fun

I don't mind sliders personally, I don't mind normal pin tumbler or dimples with an interactive, mix sliders and a dimple and I hate life 😂 keep the damn mechanisms separate lol

Well picked to get it on camera so you never have to pick them again. They do look like a fiddly lock to learn how to pick with the pick needing to pick the outside and inside of a pin. I can see why they would be annoying to pick. Thanks for this demonstration

@@Simplytimon it definitely is nowadays, back when it was made and stamped it made sense, Nicor Gas company, took the ni out of Nicor and then gas, that's how I'm assuming they came to that stamping 🤷
