So very touching. You are blessed to have had such a supportive and loving family throughout your life. My hope is that you reach the families and people who may be struggling now, and are not sure that there is support out there that is successful....which you have found to be the case...keep seeking the right dosage for yourselves people, it's different for everyone, but it really does keep you balanced so that you may have a full and wholesome life.
Yes, family support has been so important in my continued mental health. I do feel very blessed with family and a wonderful loving partner
