Ulma family story is so sad. Sheer magnitude of terror and murder inflicted on Polish and Jewish population under German occupation of Poland was truly terrifying. What is shocking in this specific case that German commander responsible for this massacre, Eilert Dieken was never brought to justice for its crimes by West Germany, and even attained high ranking position in Police force by 1960. My utmost respect to whole Ulma family and its Jewish neighbours murdered that day.

I spoke with Young educated German lad (engineer) who visit me in Ireland last year. I was surprised how poor his history knowledge was. In his head Nazis weren’t Germans they came from space or something!? I minded him that German people chose it Hitler and they loved him for all the years. Young people wish to fight for SS army that was privilege to them and all the time they knew what happens around and didn’t care. Seriously when You read German History You get idea that world would be a better place if German nation would not exist or at least would be controlled by other nation, so no military power and no full independence. Exactly how it was after first WorldWar..., straight when they get in power they cause second war! That’s history nobody can denied, but only in Germany they must to have different books in school or I dont know? Maybe German people are okey i know some and have no issue with them, but they have this think in own DNA the desiree be on power. Even German band Rammstein see it and talk about it. Rammstein - Deutschland. There was no just the Nazis it’s all been normal German Citizen who loved idea of Hitler and power and heated Polish/Jews/Rest of the world. Respect to that lady. Bless U
