I bought the Lenovo and it's been serving me well for the past 2 years.

I have recently purchased this webcam as a secondary webcam for my mac since it will assist my extended display set up. What i have noticed is the brighness for this web cam is very low unlike what i see in the review videos, even in broad day light or even if the room is lightened sufficiently. The output of the webcam ius very very dark . is there any setting that i need to enable to fix this or is this normal on mac

I have one of these and it started freezing altogether in June of 2022 so I bought a new laptop. The old laptop can run MemTest68 forever without freezing up, but if I try to run either Windows 10 or a portable USB version of Linux, then the entire laptop freezes up. Would applying new thermal paste likely solve this freezing issue? I'd hate to have to go through all that delicate disassembly/reassembly and then find it still freezes up.

i changed the thermal paste but i used a cheap one, and cleaned the fan but my CPU is still the same with 60 C when idle and 90 to 100 C when in game. (By the way my GPU stopped working years ago, i think duo to overheating).
