Ok so I didn't play as much as I should have and didn't get to record very much, so Xenoblade X Returns Monday, have a great weekend everybody!

I feel like it should be said that one shouldn't consider Ever Crisis a full blown remake as it's really just a very digestible version of the main story, it's quite literally exactly how it's presented, a "Compilation" of every major sequence in FF7's Chronology meaning it won't have EVERY detail but enough that one can understand FF7 without having fully explored the original.

I'm gonna put XCX on hold for the time being because I've been waiting for this and it has absorbed most of my time and I haven't had time to play XCX so I recorded and edited my playthrough. I have not learned my lesson about Affinity Missions and almost got myself in one that held me up but I managed to sneak through it without as much trouble as I thought I was gonna get into.

The last mission I did before, but I lost my progress due to technical difficulties and never actually managed to finish it, so I finished it now so I can move on.

I can't say I'm surprised that they managed to take the black skell as there was literally nothing happening with it, it was just sitting there while no one was getting anything significant done. Once I got my skell and they still hadn't said anything about the black skell I knew it was going to get taken.

I'll be honest, while I did suspect there'd be some semblance of xenophobia I didn't expect it to be so extreme against what SEEMS like a mostly peaceful, if not a bit quirky, race.

You know, after seeing the female ganglion I was like "Wow that's kind of horny." and now I feel like people were naive about XC2 as a few horny characters doesn't amount to anything when a whole ass race is horny, not to mention the outfits.

Except for that time I got absolutely destroyed last episode, fighting with the skell almost feels like cheating, I feel like if I grinded enough I could probably do without a skell, but the mobility is enough to make me not even make an attempt at a Skell-Less run. Besides it's my first playthrough, it'd be dumb to impose something like that on myself for my first playthrough.
