I really didn't like this breath being clan locked, even more a 0.1% chance clan, this is really unecessary

@@Julio_Nogad yez you need to be slayer, have the tsugikuni clan, be level 200 and have the 7 frags, the blood moon increace the % to obtain the secret clan tsugikuni from 0.1% to 0.5%
